Cindy McGill has been somewhat "hidden" (but not from God) for years in the past. She is hidden no longer. My goodness!
Derene, my wife, and I had dinner with her the week before last, and Cindy and I did a conference together last week.
While she is not the first to trumpet street ministry, she is one of the most effective at showing the church how to actually do it because, in her own words, she says, "I'm addicted to it." I love it when she says publicly at her conferences, "Look, we don't even know what we're doing. We just go out and He does the rest."
She taught at our prophetic/Bible school last week and one young man at first resisted. Suddenly, he couldn't get enough street "victims." He himself got "addicted."
Cindy was originally trained under John Paul Jackson, but she stands in my view now, after being trained by such a great ministry as Streams Ministry (John Paul)--she stands as a peer--second to none---and she has a great deal to teach the church at large what it really means to get OUT on the streets and outside the four walls of the church.
Wow! And she has video to back up what she does.
She is amazing. And while I don't believe in elevating a person beyond who they really are, this is one woman of God who I don't Believe I'm elevating beyond anything. She's the real deal. When she is among the few that are really doing the works of the Kingdom outside the four walls, It would be difficult to elevate her "too much."
She is awesome. You ought to have her at your own church, by the way--if she can fit it in her schedule.

Cindy McGill has traveled to Idaho several times to equip us in evangelism, with an emphasis on dream interpretation. We will never be the same. We are currently taking teams out every Friday night and are having amazing encounters on the street. We have found that God is pouring out His spirit and people are having spiritual dreams and visions. We have seen several salvations and deliverances using this method.
Cindy has a passion for evangelism, and a love for people, that is contagious. We have been infected with the virus and have become what was said about the Salvation Army, "dangerous revolutionists."

Cindy McGill and I have done outreach events and workshops together for several years. She is highly gifted at reaching people outside the church with new and creative methods of evangelism. Cindy McGill was invited by Times of Refreshing Ministries to run a conference called "Reclaiming the Land", in Belfast, Ireland. This first time conference had a great effect on many people. Cindy and Tim, with their gentle yet passionate teaching style, uncovered the revelation of how God is using dreams and visions to speak to individuals today, to draw them to Himself.
